An international conference dedicated to physician well-being is coming to Valencia!

The Well-Being for Doctors Conference (WBD 2026) will take place from 14–16 November 2026, bringing together healthcare professionals, leaders, and experts from around the world. The event will explore how to support doctors’ mental, physical, and professional well-being, while building more sustainable healthcare systems.

With a dynamic program of talks, workshops, and discussions, WBD 2026 offers a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and shape the future of healthcare.

Participants will engage with experts from leading organizations—including the World Health Organization (WHO), the American Medical Association (AMA), and major health systems worldwide—to explore innovative approaches to building resilient, high-performing healthcare environments.
