ATTN: Well-being Researchers
The CHARM Research Collaborative is a multi-institutional research network that aims to identify gaps in the field of well-being and conduct research to address these gaps. By establishing a multi-site network, our research studies incorporate diverse institutional representation and focus on aspects that can enhance the well-being and reduce burnout for health care workers. The group currently consists of well-being leaders from four institutions- Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Mayo Clinic, University of California-San Francisco, and University of Colorado. The group meets on a bimonthly basis.
